We, at MTAR, are proud of our history

-  of who we are,

-  of where we have been and

-  of where we are going. 

Our strong growth of membership and services has placed us as the fourth largest REALTOR® association in Tennessee, and continues to be a strong voice in the National Association of REALTORS® and the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®.  Our association has been recognized and showcased at several national meetings for our community involvement, member engagement and professional performance.

Currently, MTAR serves over 1500 members - appraisers, auctioneers, brokers and affiliate brokers, as well as industry business leaders known as Affiliate Members.    The territorial jurisdiction of the Association as a Member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is Bedford County, Cannon County, Coffee County, Franklin County, Grundy County, Marion County, Moore County and Rutherford County, Tennessee.   But MTAR serves other members outside of these counties as well - individuals who chose MTAR as their association.
